What's Weird ATX

If you ❤️ this newsletter, consider becoming a WhatsWeirdATX supporter for just $2 a month

HO HO HO, everyone’s back in town and maybe just a little bit heavier 🙂 The holiday season has begun in earnest and the events are really picking up now, after an expectedly quiet Thanksgiving week! Very important not to miss below is Master Pancake Oz-Fest (Master Pancake is usually sold out by the time it’s time to send out the newsletter, but not this week!) and the Austin Trail of Lights Fun Run & Finish Line Fest.

Separately, I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to find some awesome Austin artists and makers for our first ever gift guide! I tried to pick items that would bring a smile of delight from pretty much any gift receiver 😁

Please check out their work below (you can zoom in really close on the images, but even better is to visit their shops and buy some stuff)! Very well priced with some GREAT SALES right now, local, easy to order and pick up in time for your next holiday gathering or Secret Santa. There were so many amazing local businesses to support that I am thinking about dropping a Part 2 next week, so stay tuned!
