What's Weird ATX
This week in Austin:
The “freeze” was lackluster but I was heart warmed to see so many Austinites lovingly bag up all their plants to keep them from the cold.
A massive fire in South Austin could be seen all the way in the North! It seems it was quickly contained by AFD, but a few more fires in the days since are making some South Austinites worry.
The full moon was beautiful last night and should still be kickin’ tonight. Great event to gaze tonight at Casa De Luz below.
Frontera Fest starts this week and goes on through February.
Keep your outdoor kitties inside as H5N1 passes through the area.
There seem to be some good mental health + wellness events this week, make sure to take care of yourself and check one of those out!
