Thanks for your patience while I took a little break last week y’all. Hope everyone had a fantastic New Years and is ready to rock 2025!
In the spirit of new traditions and self improvement, this week is PACKED with a lot of awesome creative activities. I know a lot of you are interested in trying something different or maybe even finding a new passion? A little blurb about the benefits of practicing art below.
And what's happening in your brain when you're in flow state? It activates several networks including relaxed reflective state, focused attention to task and sense of pleasure. Kaimal points to a 2018 study published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, which found that flow was characterized by increased theta wave activity in the frontal areas of the brain — and moderate alpha wave activities in the frontal and central areas.
