What's Weird ATX
Y’all, I have already packed on some post-holiday fluff and the holidays haven’t even started yet. I blame Austin and all of its incredible excuses to eat and drink well around town. I’m relieved that this week’s events are a little less food-focused… from Big Boi bringing Southern heat to ACL Live, to a blindfolded movement practice that's definitely not your average yoga class, the city's serving up its usual weird and wonderful buffet of events. Some other highlights include Josh Brolin's memoir discussion with Robert Rodriguez, caviar tasting (okay, there's still some food) and the 31st Annual Austin Powwow. And good news for those of us still saving up for Black Friday and Xmas shopping - there's a ton of free events this week!
